Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP)
This program aims to provide housing stability through temporary assistance to households who would otherwise become homeless - many due to economic crisis - and assistance to rapidly re-house persons who are homeless.

Both these conditions must apply:
- You have no appropriate subsequent housing options AND
- You lack the financial resources and support networks needed to obtain immediate housing or remain in your existing housing.
